Shipping within 48 states is free for any order over $49.99. We send most items out within 24 hours on business days and ship via FedEx 3 Day only.

Any return shipping, if necessary, is the customer's responsibility. Please be certain to insure your package. A tracking number is recommended. Only unused items in original condition will be accepted for refund.

Due to the changing nature of our inventory, MARIKA HAHN DESIGN and TADPOLE & LILYPAD can not make exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item (if unused) to our Distribution Center for a refund, and then visit our website again to purchase the new item. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.
